
I’ve only just begun but I’m already finding it difficult to complete the daily goal. Today’s goal was 92 pushups or similar exercises. I managed 46 squats and 20 modified pushups.
I’ll be honest, I did better than I was expecting considering how many years it has been since I did a pushup. Maybe by the end of the challenge I’ll be able to reach one of the goals.
